Prices

Prices will normally only change 1-2 times per year based on changes in cost and currency rates, but are subject to change without notice. Prices are only bound when an order has been placed, paid and confirmed by Sigberg Audio.

Domestic (Norway):

Prices include VAT and shipping. Your shipment will be shipped with Bring to your nearest service point (hentested). Door to door delivery available at an additional fee.

International:

Prices include VAT / Sales Tax, any additional import fees and shipping. Your shipment will be sent with DHL door-to-door and all fees will be billed directly to us. No hidden or additional fees.

Note: A small number of countries are not eligible for automatically calculated shipping. If you are unable to check-out, please get in touch to check if we can ship to your country.

Payments

Payment options are Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, and email invoice / international bank transfer. 

Payment is due as soon as the order has been placed. This also include orders made in connection with pre-order campaigns. The order will not ship until payment has been received in full. Payments made with credit card will be captured immediately.

Make sure you understand the expected delivery time before placing an order, and contact us if you are unsure.

Delivery

Typical time from order placed to shipping is listed on our product pages. You will receive an updated shipping estimate when you place your order. Feel free to contact us to get an updated delivery estimate prior to placing your order.

Domestic: 

Orders are shipped by Bring to your nearest post office.

International:

Orders are shipped by DHL door-to-door where available, and to the nearest DHL service point in areas where door-to-door is not available. 

Typical transit time world-wide is 2-5 days depending on your location. Sigberg Audio can not be held liable for shipping delays. In the event of a shipping related damage, this will be handled on a case by case basis. The customer will typically get the choice between a discounted price or returning the product for a full refund.

Complaints

The customer must inspect and audition the product as soon as it is received, and report any problems, defects or damages in writing to support@sigbergaudio.no without delay. Pictures are to be included upon request. Complaints are handled on a case by case basis. The customer is free to return the product within 60 days, subject to the limitiations listed under "Returns" below.

Returns

We allow returns within 60 days to ensure you can properly audition your new system and enjoy a risk free purchase. Keep the original packaging, as you will need it if you are going to return your product. You will also need to include all accessories, and a product that is in the same condition as when you received it. When the product is returned, your money will be refunded in full.

Please note that your refund may be reduced or rejected if the product is damaged or incomplete. If you are unsure if you are going to keep the product, be extra careful to avoid scratches and other damage. 

For international customers there's a fixed 100 USD/EUR fee for return shipping.

Warranty

5 Year Warranty, 10 year service, unlimited support

Sigberg Audio offer a limited 5 year warranty on all our products. If you experience any problem at all, please contact us - and we'll sort it out! Our subwoofers and loudspeakers are built to last, but in the rare case of a problem, all components can be replaced and/or serviced. We want you to enjoy your speakers for a really long time, so we promise to keep any part you may need in stock for at least a decade. Finally, customer support is free for the life of the product (even for second hand owners). In short: Whatever, Whenever, We've got you covered!

Age of product must be verified by providing the serial number of the product and/or receipt of purchase.

If you disassemble or modify your Sigberg Audio product, the warranty will be voided. If the password protection on our amplifier modules are bypassed, the warranty on the drivers will be voided.

Privacy policy

Any information collected when customers place orders are used exclusively to be able to bill customers and ship to customers. Personal information are never shared with third parties. If you opt in to receive email from us, your email address will be used for this purpose only.

Any personal information will be deleted upon request, with the exception of necessary customer information retained for legal purposes in connection with accounting. 

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us at support@sigbergaudio.no
